David D. Foster AIA, Architect & Associates, tailors its fees to fit the needs of the client and their specific project. We are pleased to work on a fixed fee basis.

We believe that every project is an opportunity to assist the client in obtaining a product that is as creative in its functions, as well as pleasing in its appearance.

We are always wiling to work on realistic budgets. In addition, if the project bid price exceeds the approved construction budget, we will make adjustments to the plans and specifications to bring the project within budget, at no cost to the owner.

All projects are produced using C.A.D.D. (Computer Aided Design) to ensure quality and scheduling.
