DDFAIA is prepared to deliver all work within an approved budget at a lump sum fee. We will provide all preliminary and final design plans along with the specifications for the construction of the client's project.

We will issue a preliminary cost estimate for construction of the facility upon being awarded the commission and the further definition of the programmatic requirements.

The involvement of a principle in the client's project will ensure costs are monitored and routinely updated throughout the process of design, documentation and construction.
